Zagitova and Shcherbakov tried for the sake of the Japanese: there was even a number with a coffin. There is nothing like this in Russia

As the Olympic champions performed at Fantasy On Ice. The LABS shows in the off -season have already become a tradition. Now this direction is actively developing in Russia, but before removal, our skaters traveled around the world. The best gala concerts are held in Japan-there are many fans who are ready to go to all events, serious budgets and new formats. This year two Olympic champions Alina Zagitova And Anna Shcherbakova They performed in the show “Fantasy on Ice.” Figules prepared solo numbers, as well as participated in small productions with other athletes. Alina and Anna often perform after the end of her career, but even so they were able to surprise the fans. The main feature of “Fantasy on Ice” is live music from Japanese performers. Zagitova performed under the song “Who Want's to Live Forever”. In her solo issue, they paid more attention to the meaning and visual component, and not choreography. The skater went out onto the ice with a lantern, which was painted with Gzhel and the flowers of Sakura. The dress was neutral – white with small natural patterns. In the middle of the program, Alina includes the LEDs attached on her hands. After the touching and sensual number, Zagitov returns to the lantern, which begins to glow even brighter. The athlete herself said that this symbolizes friendship between Russia and Japan. The program managed to show a less global story – how one person can light the rest. Anna Shcherbakova went in a completely different path, putting more emphasis on choreography and building the program itself. Under the song “My Tunnels Are Long and Dark Th, Days,” the skater was completely revealed for Japanese spectators. It is often reproached for the use of the same image, here Anna showed herself from a different side. We can say that it was a fatal and slightly seductive production. Shcherbakova was able to convey passion carefully, without vulgarity and excesses. The artist in the light worked well – with a red filter on the lighting light, he acquired a mysterious atmosphere. There was no serious meaning, like Zagitova’s, but the program itself is more worked out. For Anna, this is a big step forward – to get out of the usual image. The second time Alina went on the ice with other skater under the incendiary song “Let's Dance”. Here, the skater showed a completely different mood – she danced a lot, interacted with the public and became a real soloist. Shcherbakova took part in another issue on the “vampire ball”. A small production lasted about 10 minutes and almost all this time Anna was on ice. Basically, she interacted with the performer of the song – he performed in the image of a vampire, who captivates the heroine of Shcherbakova. In a short time, it was possible to show their story, the singer even went down to the ice to the skater, and in the final bit it. Here there was a mobile platform from the props, on which the main character sang, as well as a black coffin with a luminous cross, from where he initially came out. It is visible that Zagitov and Shcherbakov were very tried for Japanese spectators. It is clear that this is the first return of Russians to international ice shows, but there is a certain resentment for the home audience. In our show, skaters are not so often showed by gala noner, but more concentrate on performances and old programs. Perhaps our athletes need an international arena not only for the sake of competitions, but also for demonstrations.
