Valiev was deprived of a chance to return in 2025. How Russian skaters will spend the Olympic season
Hope for the best is. The Russian figure skating continues to live its life: there are no cardinal messages from ISU yet, so with a high degree of probability a new season, which is Olympic for the rest of the world, almost all our athletes will begin exclusively on home arenas. Nevertheless, the FFKKR, designing the calendar, still holds windows for potential trips to the main international starts.Evgeny Semenov, Sport24 Delia Petrosyan, Alina Gorbacheva, Peter Gumennik and Vladislav Dikzhzhi, the season starts in August: the skaters fell into the approved ISU list and present their programs before the leadership of the federation, with whom they plan to speak at the Olympic selection in Beijing. The remaining members of the national team will come to present fresh productions at the end of September in St. Petersburg. The series of the Grand Prix, as a year ago, will fit in five stages: Magnitogorsk, Krasnoyarsk and Omsk will see all types, while in Kazan there will be no dancing, and in Moscow-Par. The Party-Kilimpi Championship of the country will receive St. Petersburg for the third time in a row, but if earlier on it. A team was formed to participate in the main international starts, now, if nothing changes, the nerve will decrease significantly. Although there are still chances for the best: before the championships of Europe and the world there is still enough time, it all depends on geopolitical shifts and reaction to this isu. Perhaps that is why nothing is planned for January in the calendar of the federation-we recall that in the last seasons there was a jump tournament. And one more moment: the country's championship is scheduled for December 17–22, which automatically deprives Valieva’s opportunity to perform on it-its disqualification will end on the 25th. So the return of the absolute world record holder is still postponed.Evgeny Semenov, Sport24, is not planned for collections yet in February-after all, this month will take place in the Olympics in Milan. But the March is painted tightly: here is the final of the Grand Prix, and the Channel One Cup, and the Russian Call. But nevertheless, we note: the World Cup usually takes place at the end of March, so if at least some admission happens, it is unlikely that the owners of the vouchers will exchange voyage to Prague for already loved, but still commercial starts within the country. However, the federation will most likely show flexibility and transfer competitions to the dates convenient for everyone.
