Here are the KTM RC16s for the 2022 MotoGP season

Last week KTM unveiled its four RC16s for the 2022 MotoGP season, two for the official factory team and two for the Tech3 satellite team, both sporting identical liveries to those used last year.

Red Bull KTM Factory Racing, the official team of the Mattighofen brand, will have Portuguese Miguel Oliveira and South African Bradley Binder in their RC16 for another year, while the satellite team will give opportunity to two newcomers, Australian Remy Gardner, current Moto2 champion, and the Spaniard Raul Fernandez, runner-up in the middle class of the MotoGP World Championship.

Gardner and Fernandez arrive at Tech3 to take over the posts that were occupied by Danilo Petrucci and Iker Lecuona. The first has already participated in the Dakar with KTM and will compete in MotoAmerica for Ducati, while the second will compete in the Superbike World Championship with the official Honda team.

In 2022 KTM will try to have its third year in a row with victories. The first three came in 2020, one from Binder and two from Oliveira, who at the time was running for Tech3. Last year they were repeated, with a first place for each driver. The 2022 MotoGP season kicks off on March 6 with the Qatari Grand Prix at the Losail circuit.
